If the Waterpark does not open due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund, or you can re-schedule for a different day.
If the park closes early due to inclement weather, your cabana will not be refunded.
Please hold onto your paper receipts and ticket stubs, as we may offer Waterpark admission vouchers good for another half or full-day visit.

We recommend booking far enough in advance to secure a spot. We can book up fast! Reservations made with less than 2 days' notice are subject to a service fee.

Admission for cabana rentals is discounted but not included. The number of discounted admission tickets is determined by the chosen package.

You can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours in advance and receive a full refund.

We do our best to accommodate special requests. Please contact our Events Team (groupsales@wildisland.com) if you have a specific cabana you'd like to reserve.

We don’t allow any outside food in the Waterpark per Northern Nevada Public Health guidelines. If you want to eat something you brought before coming in, take a seat at the picnic area out front.
Baby food is allowed into the park in small amounts. Please bring it in plastic containers only.
Sealed and empty reusable water bottles are also okay to bring! We’ll fill your reusable water bottles with water and ice for free at any of our food and beverage locations.
With a cabana only reservation (not a birthday party package) you can pay a service fee to bring in your own birthday cake.
