Questions Related to Coconut Bowl

Nope! We welcome everyone who wants to unleash their wild side, including adults.

We almost always have open lanes, but it’s best to call ahead or book online to guarantee your spot.

The minimum height to drive is 54” while the minimum height to be a passenger is 30”. Two adults can ride in the same kart if one has special needs, giving them the chance to enjoy the fun while feeling safe and supported.

- Our electric Jungle Karts go approximately 20 mph.

We do not charge for parents or guardians and recommend being with your child in High Ballocity if they are under 3 years old.

We don’t accept payment for any of our prizes. But you can win them using arcade credits!

No, there’s no charge.

Tickets or credits won in Coconut Bowl’s arcade don’t expire. You must have your card with the tickets/credits on it to redeem them.

At this time, credits can only be used on arcade games.

If you lose your arcade card, it cannot be replaced. However, if you have registered your arcade card on our app, we can reissue a new one with your remaining balance and points transferred. Please speak to a team member for assistance.

A laser tag mission is 15 minutes long, including the briefing and the actual play time.

You can’t substitute any items in the chosen birthday package, but you’re welcome to add on other items from our menu.

We don’t supply cakes with our party packages. If you have a birthday party reservation, though, you can bring in your own cake as an outside food item.

With other parties taking place, we recommend coming in no earlier than 30 minutes before your reservation starts.

We offer a variety of allergen-friendly options, including dairy-free and gluten-free. Menu items are clearly labeled to help you make informed decisions. Any of our team members are happy to review our menu with you—just ask!
Questions Related to the Waterpark

Yes. Since we don’t have a way to monitor who uses the attractions, everyone who enters the Waterpark must buy an admission ticket.
Guests who are pregnant or physically unable to participate may pay a discounted rate. For other special circumstances, please see a manager in the Waterpark main office.

Although we never want to stop the fun, early closure of rides, pools or the entire Waterpark may occur if there’s inclement temperatures and/or threat of lightning in the area.
We don’t offer cash refunds if the Waterpark closes due to weather. However, please hold onto your paper receipts and ticket stubs! We may offer vouchers good for another half or full-day visit.

We don’t allow any outside food in the Waterpark per Northern Nevada Public Health guidelines. If you want to eat something you brought before coming in, take a seat at the picnic area out front.
Baby food is allowed into the park in small amounts. Please bring it in plastic containers only.
Sealed and empty reusable water bottles are also okay to bring! We’ll fill your reusable water bottles with water and ice for free at any of our food and beverage locations.

We offer a variety of allergen-friendly options, including dairy-free and gluten-free. Our cooks take special care to change their gloves and switch out service utensils when handling allergen-friendly food. However, please note that our items are not prepared in a Certified Allergen-Free Food Establishment, so cross-contamination is possible. Any of our team members are happy to help if you have questions!

No. Each Season Pass is specific to one person and cannot be used by anyone other than that individual.

Of course! When you purchase a Pass, you’ll receive a ticket that can be given as a gift and redeemed by anyone.

Yes, Season Passholders come with many perks, including early entry to the park, deals on cabanas and discounts on food. Click here to view all Season Pass benefits.

The first time you forget your Pass, we’ll replace it for free. After that, you may replace your lost Pass once for a $10 fee. If it’s misplaced again, you may be charged the full price of the Pass.

Age 3 & Under Season Passes are discounted and must be purchased in-person to verify age. A parent or guardian must have a Season Pass to purchase one for children ages 3 and under.
Please note: These Passes qualify for early entrance, but do not include a souvenir bottle nor any of the other standard Season Pass discounts.

The Senior (60+) Season Pass receives early entry through the Season Pass Gate, a free souvenir bottle and a 10% discount on food and nonalcoholic drinks. It does not come with the 4 discounted admission tickets.

Military Season Passes and general admission tickets are discounted and must be purchased in-person to verify a valid military ID. A maximum of six Season Passes or general admission tickets can be purchased per valid military ID to share with friends and family.

Life jackets are complementary and can be found at multiple stations around the park. Infant life jackets are available on a limited basis at the tube rentals counter (free of charge). We don’t allow any flotation devices other than a Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
Inner tubes can be rented for personal use, but keep in mind that any slide that requires a tube will provide a limited number of complementary tubes.

Yes, water shoes are allowed on all attractions and are encouraged for little ones as the pavement can get hot.

No, we don’t. If you forget yours, there are some available in the Moondogs Gift Shop for purchase.

Yes! We have lockers on-site for full-day rental and range in price depending on size. Visit our pricing page for more details.

We don’t supply cakes; however, you can bring in your own as an allowed outside food item for birthday party reservations only.
Those with cabana reservations are also able to bring in their own birthday cake for an additional fee.

Yes! When you purchase a Waterpark birthday party package, you enjoy access to your reserved party table all day.

Except for an umbrella that can be safely attached to a chair or table, no outside furniture is allowed in the park.
