In light of our delayed opening and in addition to the normal Island Advantage benefits, those who purchased Waterpark season passes on or before March 31, 2020 will receive the following add-ons:
Absolutely! 2020 Waterpark Season Passes purchased after April 1st can be purchased at our Black Friday rate of $99.99 through May 31st and will receive ONE Coconut Bowl All Access Day Pass ($44.99 value; expires Oct 31, 2020) in addition to UPGRADED Island Advantage benefits each season pass already receives.
Entry will be first-come, first served with admittance limited to 50% of full capacity. Chairs, food ordering queue lines, and slide towers will be configured to accepted social/physical distancing limits.
We welcomed guests back to Coconut Bowl on June 1st. Prior to closing, we took the necessary steps to make sure Wild Island’s Coconut Bowl is a safe and sanitary place for families to visit. This included adding more sanitizing stations with an alcohol-based solution, cleaning our attractions every hour on the hour and providing additional training to our staff. Our Facilities department works diligently year-round to maintain a clean, safe, family-friendly facility. During the temporary shutdown, we went to painstaking efforts to thoroughly sanitize the entire facility to ensure that it is clean and fresh when we’re able to welcome you back.
Yes! We’re still hiring for the 2020 season, however, at this time we will not be holding any in-person interviews or job fairs. Please visit our employment page to fill out an application and a Department Manager will contact you to schedule a virtual interview.
Wild Island Waterpark is still fully committed to opening for the 2020 Summer season. In the event we are unable to open, pass rollovers and refunds are both potential options. Please continue to monitor our social media channels and website for updates.
No. Each season pass is specific to one person and cannot be used by anyone other than the pass holder
Yes. When you purchase the pass, you will receive a ticket that can be given as a gift and may be redeemed by anyone.
Yes. Season pass holder receive many benefits and perks including early entry to the park and discounts on food and cabana rentals!
We will replace your pass for you the first time for free. After that, you may replace your lost pass once for a $10 fee. If the pass is misplaced again, the full price of the pass may be re-charged.
Yes, you can order our most popular items and pay online and then pick up from a designated line at Aruba Café.

No. We do not allow any outside food in the waterpark. There is a picnic area out front of the park that may be used. Baby food is permitted in small amounts and in plastic containers only.
Yes. Sealed water bottles and empty reusable bottles are permitted in the park. Reusable bottles will be filled with water and ice for free.
Life jackets are complimentary and are located all around the park. Infant lifejackets are available on a limited basis. We do not allow any flotation devices other than a Coast Guard approved life jacket in the park. Inner tubes are available for rent for personal use, but any slide that requires a tube will provide a limited number of complimentary tubes.
No outside furniture is permitted in the park with the exception of an umbrella that can be safely attached to a chair or table.
Yes. Lockers are available for full day rental and range in price depending on the size.
No. We do not provide towels, but there are some available in the gift shop for purchase
To guarantee a shaded area for the day, you may rent one of our private cabanas.
We will only page a guest for a medical emergency. Please notify a park employee if you require assistance locating a guest.
Everyone who enters the park must pay an admission fee. We have no way of monitoring who uses the attractions. Guests who are pregnant or physically unable to participate may pay a discounted rate. For special circumstances please see a manager in the main office.
We do not accept payment of any form for redemption prizes.
There is no charge for game cards.
Tickets/credits won in the arcade do not expire. You must have your card with the tickets/credits on it to redeem them.
At this time, arcade credits can only be used on arcade games.

We almost always have open lanes but it is best to call ahead or book online.
A laser tag mission is 15 minutes including the briefing and the play.
Our electric glow karts go approximately 20 mph.
The minimum height to drive is 54”. The minimum height to be a passenger is 30”. Two adults cannot ride in the same kart.
We do not charge for parents or guardians and recommend being with your child in High Ballocity if they are under 3 years old.
Unfortunately, you cannot substitute any items in the birthday package chosen, but you are able to add on other food items from our menu.
We do not supply cakes, however, you are able to bring in your own birthday cake as an allowed outside food item.
We recommend coming in no earlier than a half hour before your reservation starts.
