Celebrate with your group or mark a special occasion at the Waterpark! Whether you're hosting a corporate event or planning a large gathering, we’ve got you covered. Gather beneath our shaded pavilions (for groups of 100+) or go VIP mode with a private cabana. After you choose your package, we’ll take care of the rest. You just focus on hitting every slide at least once!

Yes. Since we don’t have a way to monitor who uses the attractions, everyone who enters the Waterpark must buy an admission ticket.
Guests who are pregnant or physically unable to participate may pay a discounted rate. For other special circumstances, please see a manager in the Waterpark main office.

Although we never want to stop the fun, early closure of rides, pools or the entire Waterpark may occur if there’s inclement temperatures and/or threat of lightning in the area.
We don’t offer cash refunds if the Waterpark closes due to weather. However, please hold onto your paper receipts and ticket stubs! We may offer vouchers good for another half or full-day visit.

We don’t allow any outside food in the Waterpark per Northern Nevada Public Health guidelines. If you want to eat something you brought before coming in, take a seat at the picnic area out front.
Baby food is allowed into the park in small amounts. Please bring it in plastic containers only.
Sealed and empty reusable water bottles are also okay to bring! We’ll fill your reusable water bottles with water and ice for free at any of our food and beverage locations.

Life jackets are complementary and can be found at multiple stations around the park. Infant life jackets are available on a limited basis at the tube rentals counter (free of charge). We don’t allow any flotation devices other than a Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
Inner tubes can be rented for personal use, but keep in mind that any slide that requires a tube will provide a limited number of complementary tubes.

Yes, water shoes are allowed on all attractions and are encouraged for little ones as the pavement can get hot.
